Humain Opens Tender for a 100MW AI Data Centre in Riyadh

Saudi AI infrastructure developer Humain issued a request for proposals for an engineering, procurement and construction contract for a 100MW AI data centre in Riyadh’s Al-Saad area. The site covers approximately 350,200 square metres, bids are due by 8 November 2026, and an optional expansion could increase capacity to 200MW; the construction contract value has not been disclosed.
