Luxembourg Issues €1.7 Billion Digital Sovereign Bond

Luxembourg reported a €1.7 billion, 10-year sovereign bond using distributed-ledger technology, with a 3.70% coupon and a value date of 21 October 2026. The amount represents the bond’s nominal issuance value, not an advisory fee.
