Future Biogas has acquired the remaining 49% of six UK anaerobic digestion plants for £104 million. The deal gives the company full ownership and allows it to expand capacity and improve the plants. HPC can connect renewable energy businesses, biogas operators, waste companies and investors with similar projects.
