OGT 2026 Agreements Highlight Pipeline and Offshore Development

Turkmenistan’s international Oil and Gas conference ended on 23 October after the signing of three pipe-supply contracts and two memoranda, including cooperation between Turkmennebit and CNOOC on the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea. Pipeline-equipment manufacturers, engineering firms and energy-service providers can investigate future procurement opportunities, while the announced documents did not publish project or contract prices.
