BCE Announces US$1.75 Billion-Equivalent Wireless Tower Transaction

On 27 October, BCE announced that La Caisse had agreed to pay C$2.45 billion (approximately US$1.75 billion) for a 49.9% stake in a newly formed wireless tower infrastructure company. The business will hold more than 5,000 wireless infrastructure sites across Canada, with the transaction expected to close in the first quarter of 2027 subject to conditions; telecom and technology teams can explore infrastructure analytics and network-performance modelling, with HPC quotations based on project scope.
