Starbucks China Commits More Than US$44 Million to Service and Store Improvements

On 22 October, Starbucks China said it would invest more than RMB 300 million, approximately US$44.9 million, during its fiscal year to refresh services and renovate around 1,000 stores, including adding staff during peak periods and upgrading digital systems. This is a planned retail investment rather than a separately priced tourism or hotel contract; hospitality operators and leisure businesses can explore customer-demand forecasting, service analytics and operational planning, while HPC can support data-driven business decisions with a tailored quotation based on operational needs.
