Intel Acquires Quantum Computing Startup Classiq

Intel has agreed to acquire Israeli quantum computing software company Classiq to build a full stack quantum computing platform. The transaction is expected to strengthen Intel's position in quantum technology and shows how major technology companies are buying specialist AI and quantum businesses to accelerate their development.
